We provide an overview scope of services provided by the Agape Home Care, Inc. We are qualified and/or licensed to provide services and ensure that client needs are effectively, efficiently and safely met in the local community.

We are committed to providing high quality and client-centered services/care to our clients to enable them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes. In consultation with the client and/or their family, their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood and met through the selective assignment of qualified, honorable and compassionate Caregivers.

Services
Agape Home Care Inc. provides in-home care, companions, sitters, and respite services will be provided in accordance with the client's plan of care.
- In-home care - assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding and medication reminding.
- Homemaking - assistance with housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, respite and transportation for appointments, errands, shopping and outings.
- Companionship/Sitting - basic supervision to ensure a client's safety and well-being.
- Respite - provides assistance and support to primary caregivers.
Policy
Agape Home Care Inc. provides homecare services to clients who may require assistance in their own homes and communities to assist in the maintenance and retention of their independence and well-being. These services are responsive to the distinct needs of the client and community and are delivered by qualifies home care workers.
Procedures
Agape Home Care Inc. will offer the following home care services:
- In-Home Care Services
- Homemaker
- Companion/Sitter
- Employees and clients shall be informed of, and understand, the extent and limitations of services provided by the Agape Home Care, Inc.
- Services will be delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
- Services will only be assigned to those employees who have the necessary experience, skills, qualifications, certification or equivalent to meet the needs of the client. Where this is not possible, employees may be trained to perform the necessary tasks required for client care.
- Services will be delivered by employees who are able to communicate effectively with clients by using the clients' preferred method of communication.
